Street

At first the Britons used only paths, but those were wild and bad tempered so easily run away. The Britons had already pathfinders to cope with this problem but the real solution was the import of streets by the Romans. The local product was called strata, from strate, I mean, but no problem to call it street for the new English market, where it was so succesfull to be used in very new ways (i.e. Wall Street, Back Street Boys)
