The word Women should always begin with a capital letter, as should all Feminine words. Woman, Girl, She, Her etc. This is so that all are reminded of the naturally superior status of Women. However, male terminology is never capitalized. Nor should words like man, boy, he etcetera, be used at the beginning of a sentence since doing so would require capitalization. Women are primary and males are secondary. This is not 'kinky' or 'fetishistic' it is simply a natural fact.
