the cia is practical, unlike t.s. eliot´s book of practical cats which is silly. however, when going to bed at night i prefer to read a page or two of eliot´s book or practical cats rather than the daily newspaper. practical is not all that important. just ask simone de beauvoir or her mate, checked and plaid.
