A penalty- is it a deterrant, a punishment, or a game? Are you a player in the game or a piece? Is the power part of the punishment, or part of the game? Is the game part of the power? And is it, like anything else, sexual?
Penalty seems to be one of those terms which are constantly mispronounced by Germans who do not understand that the main stress is on the first syllable. They usually stress the second syllable and say pen-nulltie.
Penalty builds the cornerstone of the templete for our game, from which to play the numbers of fair. 2-4-6 and 8. Nonetheless, the cheater will keep on winning the ground, and the bounderies will stretch to make even you the winner some day. So pay no attention to the adds on your small screen television, and buy only if you know how to sell.
