I think enemas are great. I sometimes can't wait to get home from work and take 3 large volume(4qt) enemas. I take my enemas usually in the shower standing up. I just love the full feeling from being filled up with 4 qts of water. I also love the »cleaned out« feeling after my enema session. I usually take about 1 or 2 enema sessions a week. I am definitely a klismaphile
