the problem with the construction of the teepee is the notable absence of rain gutters. construction is often boring with the same basic design and with very little in the way of add-ons. A buffalo hide covering the entry seems to be the traditional door. Window panes seem absent on every design leaving very little imagination to interior design. I would think that an aluminum frame would be preferable to the old stick design that is still in use. Anyone with an alternative design please submit your plan. Keep in mind that it has to offer portability. Suggestions for plumbing and electrical fittings would be interesting as these pose their own respective problems. Bathrooms can also be challenging.

There had been rain all day, and there was a damp feeling in the air. The leaves were thick upon the trees, and heavy with wet; but the rain had ceased, though the sky was still dark; and the hopeful birds were singing cheerfully.

I wonder what it's like to be the rainmaker,
I wonder what it's like to know that I made the rain.
I'd store it in boxes with little yellow tags on every one.
And you could come and see them when I'm done.

The rain wasn't gray that afternoon. The sunlight still slanted inbetweenly.

Sometimes it falls so slowly, men live whole lives under just one drop, and when they die they fall down and lie on the floor and it hits them in the back of their head, this one tiny drop and wets their dying hair.

We sure could use some rain. All our tomatoes are shriveling up in the hot sun.
