I loved school. It was a place to go, to get away from the noise of everybody yelling in all the apartments.
And there were so many neat things there.
I had a place of my own there, too. My desk when I was in elementary school. And my locker when I was in high school.
I can hardly wait to go to college.
School is a place where young individuals grow into old machines
I loved school growin up...when I was successful
As later I fell to the bottom of the class..and teachers and institutions antagonized me.....and rejected me..I wonder why...
The movement from class to class and bells and lunchrooms were fashioned to groom youngsters for factory work...
Each year psychologists and educators need to justify why many brilliant minds fail or drop out..
What if my teachers taught me a different history ....how would I know if they were wrong?
I do I know they weren't wrong?
School is starting up in a few day. It will be the young ones first day; as she enters kindergarten. This is only the beginning of at least thirteen years of government propaganda.
I hated school, until I got the age when the sharp tongue became mightier than the fist.
People who make the decisions on what should be learned are pretty stupid, and only decide to make you learn the things which made them stupid in the first place. A rather vicious cycle.
