i was sitting on the back seat,
listening to two friends ;i've had the fortune to meet.
one a digger and tree planter man, the other a searcher of souls,
like a window cleaner can.
one mentioned the moon, at cresant it was, how pretty and unusuall it all seemed to be,
the shadow that obscures most of that globe, is the land ,where we stand that some of us know,
the curve of that cresant is the edge of the world, the edge of the world.
can you imagine all the hope and the dreams, that this shodow portrays ,
blots out all those moon beams.
so we got where we were going ,which happened to be a pub, we got drunk ,talked shit and eyed up the girls.
